But with no strategy, email feels overwhelming and like something you can’t find time to figure out how to “get right.” And you’ve got a whole business to run and clients to serve!
So, I say we add “business owner wellbeing” to your list of KPIs, because a good email strategy shouldn’t overwhelm you!

…not because I don’t like social media (quite the opposite! I love it so much I had to curb it with an app blocker) or I think you shouldn’t use it for business (you should!)
But if your business relies mostly on social media for leads, it’s not sustainable. You didn’t start a business to create content full-time (we’ll leave that to the content creators!)
